In This Role, You Will
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
- 67 place centre located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood
- Longstanding and passionate team, Director has been with Goodstart for more than 13 years
- The centres philosophy is “A Home Away from Home’ fostering growth and creativity in a peaceful learning environment
- Full time role, fixed term for 12 months (Goodstart has a number of centres in this area so there may be other opportunities available at the end of this contract)
