We’re on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy E-Learning Specialist to manage our e-Learning platforms and design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning experiences for our employees. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to build dynamic, interactive, and effective e-learning content that drives knowledge, compliance, and skill development across the business.

We’re on the lookout for a creative and tech-savvy E-Learning Specialist to manage our e-Learning platforms and design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning experiences for our employees. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to build dynamic, interactive, and effective e-learning content that drives knowledge, compliance, and skill development across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning content.
- Translate complex topics into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences.
- Manage the learning platforms & deployment of learning content via our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs through feedback, assessments, and data analytics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and update existing e-learning modules as needed to keep content fresh and accurate.
- Champion best practices in instructional design, digital learning trends, and accessibility.
- Provide support and training to internal teams on how to best use e-learning tools and the LMS.
- LMS related projects
- Proven experience in developing e-learning content and managing LMS platforms.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Experience working with SCORM, or other e-learning standards is highly desirable.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production is a plus.
- Qualifications in Training, Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certification in e-learning development or instructional design (e.g., ATD, AITD, etc.) desirable
