About The Role

We are on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Manager, who’ll play a key role in identifying new revenue opportunities, shaping growth strategies, and developing long-lasting partnerships across a wide client base. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts
• Develop and execute customer growth and retention strategies
• Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Monitor client performance, trading patterns, and job volumes
• Lead pricing, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership on business strategy
• Drive lead generation, outreach, and market expansion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
• Design and lead customer-focused improvement initiatives
• Seek referrals and identify new business opportunities through market insights
