About The Role
The Sales Improvement Lead is a key member of the DuluxGroup Sales capability team, accountable for helping Sales teams grow revenue by applying the right actions, at the right time with the right customers to deliver the right outcomes.
Reporting to the Group CRM Capability Development Manager, the primary focus of the role is to find ways to help sales teams sell more efficiently, improve the use of sales tools and data, and support business goals through effective CRM system utilisation. This role is based in Clayton, Melbourne.
You will have strong commercial acumen, the ability to leverage data and insights to drive customer growth outcomes, and the capability to utilise systems, technology, processes, and behaviours to drive growth. You possess a high level of presentation and engagement skills, both written and verbal, and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Additionally, you excel at prioritising workflow based on inputs from others and value potential, and you are adept at navigating through complexity and conflicting priorities.
You will have a solid background in sales management or leading a team, including front-line customer/sales experience, along with familiarity with key sales tools such as CRM, Artificial Intelligence, and insight and data-led selling and revenue optimisation processes. You should also have the ability to partner with and participate in cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and L&D.
