About The Role
As our L&D Consultant – Instructional Design & LMS, you’ll:
Experience in instructional design, digital learning, or learning & development
Strong working knowledge of LMS platforms
Ability to design clean, accessible, high-impact learning for a range of audiences
Confidence working with SMEs and stakeholders to develop clear and practical content
Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and an eye for great learner experience
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the learning space

About The Role
As our L&D Consultant – Instructional Design & LMS, you’ll:
- Design, develop, and enhance engaging learning content and experiences across a range of formats (eLearning, blended, face-to-face, microlearning)
- Partner with subject matter experts and capability leaders to translate business needs into effective, learner-centred programs
- Manage and continuously improve our LMS (Reliance) – maintaining courses, supporting users, and optimising the learner experience
- Support the global rollout of learning initiatives and contribute to the growth of a shared learning resource library
Experience in instructional design, digital learning, or learning & development
Strong working knowledge of LMS platforms
Ability to design clean, accessible, high-impact learning for a range of audiences
