Our Network Planning team is instrumental in identifying and assessing opportunities for future network growth across Australia & New Zealand, with our core purpose to guide our business to prioritise new and renewal store investments that deliver the right space, in the right place, at the right time.
Our diverse, flexible working team apply their skills across multiple brands and retail types across woolworths group and partners. As a result of someones well earned internal promotion we are looking for a talented person with comprehensive Network or Location Planning experience to join our leadership team.
Reporting into our general manager for W360 DNA (Data, network & Analytics), as a Network Planning manager you will use your experience in location planning alongside finely tuned analytical and storytelling skills to advise our business on where to open new shops while also considering where we should and expand, replace or renew our existing stores. You will consider the latest market trends and data to develop our multi channel (instore / eCom) network so we can address market gaps and unlock eCommerce capacity to meet future customer needs.
You will be working closely with Supermarkets, Metro, WooliesX, BigW and partners alongside our DNA (Data, Network & Analytics) woolworths 360, WiQ & Property teams to develop and deliver our integrated points of presence plan (that's what we call the Woolworths Group multi-channel network location strategy). You will guide your team to use the latest market trends, store / spatial data and models to help develop our network for the future.
