Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Process Workers to join our team based at our Blacktown manufacturing site. These are hands-on roles within our Pipe and Coil Shop areas. These roles are permanent full-time, hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am to 2.30pm and Friday 6am to 12pm.

Reporting to the Supervisor, this busy hands-on role will require you to be across the following tasks:

  • Fit and braze metal components
  • Measure, mark dimensions and lay out material
  • Check and pressure test coil circuits
  • Locate and repair faults
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Follow job sheets and engineering drawings
  • Identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions
  • Demonstrate and follow safe work practices
  • Assist with other assembly functions on the line as needed

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Experience fitting and brazing metal components, understanding coil circuit diagrams, and having a background in fabrication (cutting and forming sheet materials).
  • Previous manufacturing experience with a strong focus on safe work practices.
  • Familiarity with power tools, brazing experience, and mechanical knowledge.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
