About The Role
As a visionary Information Technology leader with a track record of aligning technology strategy to business goals, you will contribute to and lead a small, close-knit IT team, driving a culture of collaboration and impact. Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Information Officer, you will champion and lead the continuous improvement of Information Technology governance including policies, procedures, risk management and business planning.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop the IT team in their day-to-day duties, ensuring they’re empowered with the tools, leadership and support they need to deliver secure, business-focussed solutions.
- Lead the way in shaping and delivering innovative technology solutions that fuel key strategic projects and shape the future of the organisation.
- Be a key contributor in shaping rock-solid information security and business continuity frameworks that keep the business protected, resilient and prepared.
- Help to steer the direction of strategic and operational planning within the ICT function, turning big or small ideas into actionable plans all while keeping operations running smoothly.
- Be the go-to for providing high level assistance and support to the Chief Information Officer as required.
You will have a sharp eye for scalable solutions and a knack for turning complexity into clarity. Along with 2-3 or more years’ experience as a senior IT leader, you will have:
- A proven track record of leading and supporting teams with confidence, clarity, and the ability to get the best out of people.
- Knowledge of how the business puzzle fits together - and the role Information Technology has in supporting it.
- You’re comfortable with budgeting and forecasting, because great ideas still need great planning.
- You’re a sharp thinker who loves digging into the details and solving complex problems.
- Strong project management experience and up to speed with technology industry standards - turning best practices into real-world results comes naturally to you!
