Our team is highly experienced and professional, however, we need to increase our capacity to cope with our growth, and as a result we have an opportunity for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant - Executive (dependent upon experience) to join our caring, capable, and considerate team. This opportunity has significant earning potential as you’ll be walking into an existing client portfolio with high growth potential.

About you

As a principal consultant, you will be able to discuss your previous success and articulate how you stand out in a crowded market. We are seeking a consultant to specialise in the Community Services sector and will be interested to learn how this drives you too, so that we can best support you to achieve your goals. You will display professionalism, a high level of emotional intelligence, relationship building expertise, a team focus, and grit.
