About the Role:

We're partnering with a leading enterprise at the forefront of a $20 million digital transformation and are on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge, high-impact digital initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of multi-system IT integrations, working alongside senior stakeholders across vendors, platforms, and business units
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate daily operations including progress tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting
  • Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across IT, business, and vendor partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring clear escalation paths and contingency planning
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to align integration efforts with architectural standards and security frameworks
  • Drive structured governance, reporting, and quality assurance in line with PMO expectations
  • Facilitate workshops, steer co-ordination meetings, and ensure communication is clear and consistent

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex integration projects across large enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Experience with data migration, system interdependencies, and legacy system transitions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
  • Proficient with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are highly regarded
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with multiple moving parts
