About the Role:
We're partnering with a leading enterprise at the forefront of a $20 million digital transformation and are on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge, high-impact digital initiatives that will shape the future of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of multi-system IT integrations, working alongside senior stakeholders across vendors, platforms, and business units
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate daily operations including progress tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting
- Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across IT, business, and vendor partners
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring clear escalation paths and contingency planning
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to align integration efforts with architectural standards and security frameworks
- Drive structured governance, reporting, and quality assurance in line with PMO expectations
- Facilitate workshops, steer co-ordination meetings, and ensure communication is clear and consistent
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing complex integration projects across large enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with data migration, system interdependencies, and legacy system transitions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
- Proficient with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Excel
- Formal qualifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are highly regarded
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment with multiple moving parts
