Key responsibilities
Our Senior Consultant become trusted advisors to our clients, working alongside other client stakeholders to ensure delivery and technical excellence. As a Fabric Senior Consultant, you will lead by example and work hands-on alongside your teammates on delivery - as well as providing high-level guidance and advice to our customers.

Key responsibilities
Our Senior Consultant become trusted advisors to our clients, working alongside other client stakeholders to ensure delivery and technical excellence. As a Fabric Senior Consultant, you will lead by example and work hands-on alongside your teammates on delivery - as well as providing high-level guidance and advice to our customers.
- Lead the Design team’s process and decision making including planning, prioritising, and scheduling in a project or initiative.
- Lead and facilitate workshop sessions leveraging research and design thinking with multiple stakeholders.
- Balance our client’s business goals with customer needs and pains, market fit and technical feasibility.
- Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Run ethnographic and user research, locally and remotely.
- Incorporate user research to iterate both concepts and existing products.
- Introduce trends and explore solutions across a variety of emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning and IoT.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams including Business Analysts, Product Owners, Engineers and Corporate Executives.
- Articulate a product’s vision, strategy and communicate design rationales to clients and team members.
- Collaborating with engineers to ensure designs feasibility and meeting the user requirements once delivered.
- Contribute to the team through knowledge sharing and mentoring other designers.
- Being an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and the practices we use to make sure we build the software right
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, effectively communicating complex insights and strategic recommendation to drive decision-making.
- Participate in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs
- Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role to support our marketing department in social media activities and meetups
