The Global Institute of Women's Leadership at ANU is looking for a number of casual Research Assistants to help us deliver high impact, high profile research on gender equality. Founded by Australia's only female Prime Minister, the Hon Julia Gillard AC, GIWL seeks to better understand and address the causes of women's underrepresentation in leadership positions across sectors and countries and improve workplace gender equality and diversity.

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer at GIWL, with flexibility to fit around your schedule. Research assistants work in small teams with our world-leading academic team to deliver literature reviews, data analysis, report writing and other project management and administrative services. Applicants with backgrounds in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research are all welcomed to support a range of different projects.
