Senior Civil Engineer

We're currently recruiting for Senior Civil Engineers to take a lead role in delivering key projects across land development and infrastructure across Queensland. The client is seeking someone with a passion for urban development, subdivisions and greenfield projects. This position is ideal for someone looking to take on greater responsibility across project leadership, client engagement, and team mentoring while remaining hands-on.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading project teams to deliver high-quality design and documentation
• Driving outcomes across urban development and greenfield land subdivision projects
• Supporting resource planning and mentoring junior team members
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
• Managing commercial elements including budgets and risk
• Collaborating with technical specialists and senior leaders

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in subdivision, greenfield or urban development
• Sound technical ability and practical problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams or mentoring junior engineers
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• RPEQ (or working towards) – highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder engagement with collaborative mindset
