Great opportunity to join our Superannuation Product Team and manage our Smart Choice and OneAnswer Products, covering product development, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, product maintenance and management activities.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager and Senior Product Managers in delivering great outcomes for over 400,000 members with over $33b of FUM invested in Smart Choice and OneAnswer Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and / or SME sign-off for all technical and disclosure related information in relation to across ANZ PDS documents, websites/app content, guides, member statements, letters, forms, tools, calculators, tender and ratings agency materials, annual reports, product dashboards, SENs, APRA reporting and other product materials
- Investigation and resolution of any incidents, events or remediation related to the ANZ offerings.
- Resolving any product and service-based incidents and remediation in a timely manner
- Manage reporting requirements under Strategic Alliance Agreement with ANZ and support Senior Manager to manage relationship with ANZ
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to build an efficient, effective and easy to understand end-member and client experience
- Strong financial services knowledge with more than 5 years experience in superannuation or complex financial services products
- Implementation, analytical, problem solving and project delivery skills
- An understanding of either Direct to Consumer, Employer Super or Adviser Super offering including competitive landscape
- Understanding of the legislative and regulatory aspects of superannuation
- Good written and verbal analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills to deliver proposed outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work with others collaboratively and deliver agreed outcomes on time and on budget with an exceptional level of quality
- Structured, process oriented with a focus on consistent high quality delivery
