We're on the hunt for a delivery-focused Cyber Security Risk & Governance Manager to take charge of our next phase of uplift. Reporting to our Chief Information Security Officer, this role is responsible for overseeing the team that safeguards the organisation by developing and maintaining security frameworks, assessing risk across internal and third-party environments, and providing clear, actionable reporting to support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.


What You’ll Be Leading & Driving


  • A team of talented specialists across governance, data retention, and security awareness.
  • Regular, fit-for-purpose security reporting and board-level metrics
  • Strategic initiatives that align with our Cyber Roadmap, delivered on time and with purpose.
  • Research and improvement of cyber control standards and operating practices.
  • Effective governance processes, practices and controls.
  • Cross-industry information sharing and collaboration with government and peer organisations


What you’ll bring to NGM Group


  • Leadership experience with technical or governance-focused cyber teams
  • Experience working with regulated environments or frameworks like CPS 234
  • A track record of delivering programs or frameworks with tangible business impact
  • Curiosity, courage, and a collaborative mindset
  • Resilient and confident in challenging the status quo to drive improvements.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and uplifting risk culture across the organisation.
