About The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- People leadership – guide, support, and manage team members, fostering collaboration, cross-skilling, and continuous growth.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure to meet evolving mission requirements.
- Enhance and document workflows, systems, and procedures to support service availability and operational excellence.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee project and BAU activities, balancing delivery quality with complexity and resources.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and proactively manage infrastructure risks.
- Champion automation and continuous improvement using modern tools and practices.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or infrastructure team lead role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing technical teams in secure or high-compliance environments.
- Strong background in network and systems infrastructure, including compute, storage, and backup technologies.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, PowerShell) and virtualized environments (VMware, vSphere, NSX).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and a collaborative mindset.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
