Swim School/ Facility Manager

Rackely's Parkwood, part of the City Venue Management (CVM) network, is known for its strong community connections, excellent programming, and passionate team culture. We're seeking a people-focused leader with a background in swim school, team development, and customer service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a skilled, close-knit team of swim instructors

• Overseeing lesson delivery from infants through to squad level

• Growing enrolments through customer engagement and local outreach

• Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment

• Managing daily operations, budgets, and reporting

• Ensuring compliance with safety and child protection requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re an experienced and hands-on leader who thrives in a team environment. You bring energy, initiative and a customer-first mindset to everything you do. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience managing a swim school or aquatic program

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others

• A proactive and community-minded approach to service delivery

• The ability to balance big-picture thinking with daily operations

What You’ll Need:

• Current Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification

• First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifeguard certifications

• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

• Pool Plant Operator certification (or willingness to obtain)
