Join a national builder-developer with a strong reputation for quality, consistency, and customer care. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support post-handover works across the Sydney metro area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication and coordination skills, and values structure and process.
You’ll report directly to the Maintenance Manager and be supported by an established team with the opportunity to work from site and office throughout the week.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing post-construction maintenance works across residential sites. This includes managing trade activity, reviewing and closing out defect lists, and keeping systems updated.
This role is split across 3 days on site / 2 days in the office, and requires someone who’s tech-savvy, organised, and confident engaging with both trades and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage maintenance and defect works across the Sydney metro region
· Conduct site inspections, assess works, and prepare scopes for trades
· Coordinate and manage subcontractors to complete works on time and to standard
· Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal stakeholders
· Update and manage job progress in Framework (or similar systems like Click, Companion etc.)
· Ensure company processes and timeframes are adhered to
· Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering a high standard of post-handover service
Who This Role Would Suit
Option 1 - Up-and-comer:
Computer-savvy, organised, and eager to learn
Trade background or site experience preferred
Great attitude and willingness to follow systems and processes
Ready to step into a structured, fast-moving environment
Option 2 - Experienced Maintenance Supervisor:
Proven experience in a similar role with another home builder
Confident managing defect works and multiple trades
Understands the importance of process and record-keeping
Must be adaptable and open to working within the company’s systems and ways of working

Confident managing trades and liaising with clients
Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced business
Tech competence — must be comfortable updating job systems and working online
Experience with Framework or other job management platforms like Click or Companion
