The Role:

Reporting to the National Business Manager – Coles, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll lead strategic planning, deliver best-in-class execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive commercial performance.


What you'll be doing:

  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with Coles, building deep customer engagement
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver profitable growth and mutual value
  • Lead range reviews, promotional planning, NPD submissions, and customer presentations
  • Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and our ISP team to bring plans to life
  • Monitor performance, forecast demand, and manage trade spend to maximise ROI


What you bring:

Whether you are a rising National Account Executive or experienced, you understand the grocery landscape and how to drive results. You are customer-focused, commercially astute, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • FMCG account management experience – Coles/ Woolworths experience highly regarded
  • Track record of translating data and insight into compelling customer plans
  • Strong financial acumen across forecasting, promotional spend, and pricing
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
  • Understanding of the S&OP cycle and demand planning fundamentals
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and making things better
