HSEQ Coordinator - Manufacturing

A well-established organisation in the Bendigo region is seeking a HSEQ Coordinator to support the ongoing implementation of health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives at their manufacturing site.

This is a practical, site-based role that would suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with operational teams, and contributing to a strong safety culture. The position reports to an experienced safety leader and is supported by internal resources across compliance and RTW.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible safety presence across site operations
• Support risk assessments, investigations, and site inspections
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training in line with site needs
• Assist in audit preparation, corrective actions, and systems updates
• Contribute to ongoing improvement across HSEQ processes
  
  

Ideal Background:

• Confident working in a busy, hands-on operational setting
• Able to build strong relationships across teams and leadership
• Practical understanding of WHS legislation and safety systems
• Relevant qualifications in WHS (e.g. Cert IV or similar)

• Salary: $115,000 + Super
• Hours: Monday to Friday
