A leading FMCG client is looking for a skilled Solution Architect to support strategic HR technology initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, complex environment, shaping architectural outcomes across digital, data, and enterprise systems.

About The Role

You’ll provide application architecture guidance while collaborating with infrastructure, data, analytics, and integration teams. This role supports both strategic and tactical initiatives aligned to key business outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural solutions across applications and digital platforms
• Support Delivery Management with programs and projects
• Consult with Business Product Owners on strategic and tactical initiatives
• Contribute to architectural governance and alignment
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Solution architecture in complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Experience architecting and developing roadmaps for SuccessFactors implementations
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with SAP ECC systems preferred
• FMCG experience highly regarded
