Working onsite with a tech client based at 101 Collins St, The Facilities Coordinator assists onsite staff with operational activities and provides customer-related support to enable effective facility management service delivery.

What this opportunity involves:
Working onsite with a tech client based at 101 Collins St, The Facilities Coordinator assists onsite staff with operational activities and provides customer-related support to enable effective facility management service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee contractors delivering property and facilities services, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, and compliance.
- Allocate work to service providers and team members, perform facilities management tasks, and conduct minor maintenance as needed.
- Utilise asset management and work order systems (e.g., Corrigo) to maintain records, log jobs, and manage Work Orders/Purchase Orders.
- Monitor contracted services to ensure adherence to policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
- Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and Branch management, collaborating on scheduling, issue identification, and solutions.
- Participate in emergency response, safety, and business continuity activities, including Emergency Response Team duties and incident management.
- Implement tiered response procedures for facilities-related incidents, addressing safety concerns and managing escalations according to protocols.
- Contribute to broader projects and initiatives under the guidance of the Regional Facilities Manager, acting as the local point of contact and assisting with reporting, planning, and budget administration.

- Experience in facilities management, including administration and coordination in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for administrative and work management tasks
- Experience in supervising and coordinating inhouse and external contracted services for high-standard facilities management and maintenance
