The Organisation

A leading global technology company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join their ANZ operations team. This team supports the distribution of cutting-edge tech devices to key stakeholders across the region through a structured loan and seeding program. Based in North Sydney, this is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

As a Program Coordinator, you’ll manage daily loan logistics, conduct stocktakes, coordinate reporting, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams. It’s a fast-paced, highly operational role, ideal for someone looking to grow within a large, dynamic tech organisation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate daily loan and seed requests, extensions, and returns
  • Conduct bi-annual physical stocktakes at vendor warehouse(s)
  • Manage shared mailbox, documentation, and SharePoint updates
  • Lead weekly supplier check-ins and performance reviews
  • Track and reconcile inventory data, resolve discrepancies
  • Support device launches, giveaways, and ensure policy compliance
  • Perform daily data entry and reporting

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of administration, operations, or customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective stakeholder management across internal and external groups
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
  • Competency with Office productivity tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a structured, process-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Background in tech or device coordination (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a Call Centre
  • Familiarity with stock/inventory systems or device logistics
  • Experience in project coordination or documentation management
  • Strong customer service mindset and curiosity to learn
