What You'll Bring
A hands-on doer, who is passionate about solving real customer problems and delivering measurable business impact, to succeed you’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and scrum teams to deliver products that meet customer needs
- Experience creating and executing product roadmaps that drive commercial and customer outcomes
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to assess commercial value and prioritise backlog items accordingly
- Expertise in translating customer needs into clear requirements aligned to product and business strategy
- Deep understanding of agile product development processes, including supporting delivery teams through sprints
- Strong capability in preparing products for market launch and managing the full product lifecycle
- A customer-first attitude with a focus on quality digital experiences and delivering maximum value
