This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead the establishment and execution of Release Management processes. Your work will directly contribute to delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Establishing and maintaining Release Management processes in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party suppliers
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across multiple applications and portfolios
  • Developing and maintaining the Release schedule, balancing technical dependencies and business priorities
  • Conducting Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Producing Release, Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans
  • Driving continuous improvement in Release Management processes and tools

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ experience in establishing and managing Release Management processes in an enterprise business system context
  • Proven experience with SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage release-related interdependencies and adhere to governance processes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry-recognised project management certifications (e.g., Diploma of Project Management, SAFe Agile)
  • Experience in Federal or State Government environments (desirable)
