About The Role
Are you passionate about driving performance and enhancing customer experiences in banking? As our new Capability Partner – Sales & Service, you’ll play a pivotal role in uplifting our banking channels by embedding effective sales coaching and customer engagement practices across our frontline teams.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of capability programs, coaching frameworks, and tools that empower lenders, frontline staff, and leaders to excel in every customer interaction—from business development to lending interviews, retention, and service excellence.
Collaborating closely with change managers, capability leads, and sales leadership, you’ll ensure our practices are fit-for-purpose and aligned with BOQ Group’s customer-first culture.
