The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a Brand Manager to help grow the Chobani love across our range. These roles don’t come up often, so it’s a great time to join our passionate, purpose-led team.
You’ll be at the heart of all things Brand. That means driving the annual brand planning process and delivering standout, integrated campaigns that win hearts (and fridges).
You’ll take the lead on managing the product portfolios, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our yogurt hits the right shelf, at the right time, with the right story. From briefing agencies and analysing campaign performance, to keeping your finger on the pulse of consumer trends - your day will be full of variety and impact.
And that’s just the start. You’ll also be a key player in developing new products—from idea to launch—helping bring to life innovations that tap into the future of snacking. Alongside that, you’ll work with our Social Impact and retail teams to deliver meaningful programs that make a real difference in the community – all while spreading the signature Chobani magic.
The role will be based at our modern Dandenong South office, where you will have access to a 3/2 hybrid working model.
Skills & Experience
Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:
• Experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager in a fast-paced Consumer Goods environment
• Confidence running integrated campaigns and working with agencies
• A strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute
• Exposure to NPD and familiarity with the Stage Gate process
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with data and insights
• Great people skills – you're a natural collaborator who builds strong relationships
• Degree in Business or Marketing advantageous
