Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant - Melbourne Airport

The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

• Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
• Building customer rapport and repeat business
• Daily branch duties

Additional Information:

• It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
• You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
• The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures.

• Full Time - afternoon/evening shifts 38 hours per week working Monday - Friday.
• Part Time - morning shifts (6am start) 22.5 hours per week working Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
