You'll join a fully functioning licensing sales team!


You will be given dedicated accounts in the Enterprise space and your role is to ensure customer success through:

  • Detailed QBR's with reporting demonstrating ROI
  • Close client contact to enable adoption and identify opportunities for savings or further ROI
  • Liaising with the Cisco team to build better relationships
  • Understand the stack available to your customer


Building better working relationships with both technical and business contacts within your customer accounts.


Support and work in tandem with client managers or specialists to identify further opportunities to build and retain customer base.


To be successful we would expect the candidate:

  • To have 5 years plus in a client success role
  • Be a great communicator
  • Have previous experience with Cisco Licensing
  • Be proficient when encouraging adoption
  • Enjoy problem solving with customers, demonstrating ROI through reporting and genuinely have a love for making customers happy.
  • Experience/knowledge of Microsoft products is desirable but not essential.
