About The Role
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead a transformative pilot project within our Cancer Services Division. This initiative focuses on enhancing support for Indigenous patients through the development and implementation of culturally tailored resources and services.
You’ll be at the heart of a collaborative effort, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive outcomes that matter. From governance and planning to stakeholder engagement and reporting, you’ll ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage project governance structures and schedules
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of project personnel
- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and steering committees
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely reporting
- Collaborate with marketing to support outreach and awareness
- Engage stakeholders and foster strong, inclusive relationships
- Monitor and report on project budget and financial compliance
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project roles with proven results
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams
- Qualification in Project Management or related field
- Experience in the health sector, particularly in Indigenous health
