The Central Marketing Organization (CMO) inspires, acquires, and engages Microsoft customers & partners by driving integrated marketing strategy and plans to achieve business growth objectives. CMO accelerates the region’s growth agenda by driving customer centric, digitally connected integrated marketing plans aligned to global Marketing strategy and standardized marketing engines. CMO drives connected customer experiences and data driven storytelling, creating Microsoft brand love, and enabling sellers to deliver revenue.

As a Demand Generation & Paid Media Specialist, you are responsible for planning and executing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline impact. Working closely with Integrated Marketing, this role will develop targeted strategies to reach the right audiences across all channels—ensuring our marketing investments are focused, effective, and delivering measurable results. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for demand generation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Your analytical mindset allows you to optimize performance and continuously improve strategies. You are a collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.

The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) leads integrated marketing strategies and plans leveraging and scaling global go-to-market approaches and augmenting with local activities to deliver delightful customer experiences that drive business outcomes (including customer acquisition, nurture and consumption). You will be known as the demand generation marketing expert & paid media strategist , using data and insights to ensure positioning and messaging is clear, distinctive and differentiated by audience and educate our customers how they can achieve more with Microsoft products. You are an evangelist of marketing transformation, responsible for landing the cutting-edge marketing innovations being developed at Microsoft for your region. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills advising Sales and Marketing leaders on marketing strategy. You will also work with Integrated Marketers globally, contributing to global learnings and optimization by leveraging and sharing global best practices and providing feedback on learnings from your region to Corporate HQ. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning:

  • Establish and manage the programming and planning process.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing to identify target personas, audience segments, objectives, and desired outcomes.

Campaign Targeting And Execution

  • Define and implement the best channels to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including targeting, scheduling, and automation.
  • Govern local performance marketing efforts, including planning and execution of investments.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Track and measure the performance and effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and tactics.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform and uplift future campaigns.

Tools & Technology

  • Utilise advanced marketing technology (MarTech) and marketing automation platforms to drive campaign success.
  • Represent CMO Asia requirements and prioritisation into Corp MarTech teams to manage the development and implementation of these capabilities.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
