Looking for an exciting new challenge? An exciting opportunity has recently opened up and Yara are seeking applications for the permanent role of Regional Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will actively manage the allocated sales region by implementation of the strategy to achieve and exceed the business targets while effective promoting Yara's nature positive ambition, mission and vision.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will actively manage the allocated sales region by implementation of the strategy to achieve and exceed the business targets while effective promoting Yara's nature positive ambition, mission and vision.
The Regional Sales Manager Will
- Develop and successfully sell the Yara product portfolio in the region, focusing on key defined crops and utilizing agronomic, commercial, and marketing knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and other regional managers to ensure the pricing strategy is implemented.
- Manage the warehouse inventory, in collaboration with the operations team to ensure the market requirements are met on time and in full while achieving the business targets around CRC and inventory days.
- Coordinate supporting trials, crop demonstrations as required and agreed upon with the YAA Agronomy Team and/or Country Manager.
- Coordinate sales promotional activities as required and within budget frame.
- Update CRM tool and report market intelligence in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams for to ensure good business flow. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Account receivable actions
- Product ordering
- Other national focus area as agreed upon. For example:
- YaraRega/YaraVita
- Biostimulant
- Digital
- Yara Climate Choice Portfolio & related sustainability activities

Profile
- University Degree in Agriculture/Science/Business Marketing (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years working experience within agronomic and/or commercial fields.
- Deep understanding of agriculture business and specifically plant nutrition.
- Strong commercial mindset, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Team player, self-motivated, adaptable and committed to the job.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Proven planning and organization skills.
