About the role

Origin Energy is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator – HSE Management System to support the coordination, maintenance and governance of our Health, Safety and Environment Management System. This practical, hands-on role is focused on keeping our management system running smoothly and ensuring content is well controlled, reviewed and accessible. This role focuses on document control, governance coordination, review facilitation and administrative support for the enterprise-wide system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create, update, maintain and control HSE management system documents and tools including policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, registers and forms.
  • Support the implementation of changes to the management system, ensuring a smooth transition. Coordinate governance processes and system review cycles with subject matter experts and operational teams
  • Manage, upload and publish system documentation using platforms such as SharePoint and OpenText.
  • Provide administrative support across the team to ensure consistent and effective system operation and documentation practices.

What will you bring?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly organised, practical and knowledgeable in enterprise-wide management systems and documentation, in a complex operational environment. You will be able to demonstrate;

  • Experience working with business or operational management systems e.g. quality, safety, environment or compliance.
  • Strong document control skills, with high attention to detail and process within an operational environment.
  • Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams and follow up where needed.
  • Proficient in document management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
