Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time Assistant Outlet Manager for our Hatchery Collective & Coffee Quarter venues at Perth Airport! In this role, you'll support the manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, boosting revenue and exceeding guest expectations. - Assist in managing the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Focus on guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, control stock and oversee labour
- Ensure adherence to OH&S and food hygiene standards
- Support, develop and lead a diverse team with a strong emphasis on training to exceed guest expectations
- Previous supervisor or assistant manager experience in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Approved Managers Card
- Food Safety Certificate
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated approach
- Strong people leadership skills
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
