We are seeking a motivated Graduate Reliability Engineer to join our team at the Golden Grove Operation in Western Australia. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent on an 8/6 roster, you will gain real-world engineering experience while contributing to the reliability and performance of our operations.
This is your chance to work on-site with cutting-edge tools and techniques, including:
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Vibration analysis
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Downtime analysis
- Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring
- Conduct failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliability
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysis
- Develop and refine maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions
- Assess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimise spare parts inventory
- Analyse plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plans
- Collaborate with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practices
You're a recent graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to apply your technical knowledge in a practical setting.
You’ll Also Bring
- A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, PRONTO, and spreadsheet-based systems
- A current C-class manual driver’s licence
