Brightly Enterprise Asset Management (Brightly EAM) and Predictor platforms provide a set of REST API’s that can be used to facilitate integration and automation processes. The Data & Integration Team operates within the Brightly Services team, utilising the APIs to provide tools and solutions to both customers and Brightly project teams.

Brightly customers may either use the Brightly APIs to build their own integration solutions, or commission Brightly to provide point to point integration solutions.

This role is location flexible within Australia; Brightly supports a Work from Anywhere (work from home) candidate, employed anywhere in Australia.

About The Role

Reporting to the Data & Integration Team Lead the Integration and Data Technician will:

  • Provide second line of support for integration queries/issues posed by customers (first line is Brightly Support who may refer to the Integration Team for assistance).
  • Deliver asset optimisation projects commissioned by clients and build out the common optimisation solution.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of integration solutions commissioned by clients either as part of onboarding a new client site or an identified opportunity within an existing client site.
  • Interact with customers as part of provision of an optimisation or integration solution, or support activity.
  • Provide Brightly staff with tools and automation solutions where there are efficiencies to be gained from automation.

  • Software tool/language experience that will be looked upon favourably:

The salary range for this role is between $77,000 and $80,000.
