Quality Assurance Test Analyst

Contract opportunity available to join a high-performing digital applications team as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst, supporting the delivery of a critical Workforce Management project. You will play a key role in improving rostering practices and enhancing employee satisfaction through the implementation of a contemporary roster, time, and attendance solution.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the Test Lead and QA team to plan, design, and run test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Create, manage, and report defects using designated test management tools with high attention to detail.
• Review and trace acceptance criteria to ensure thorough test coverage and requirements validation.
• Participate in release testing and keep progress documentation up to date.
• Support UAT activities and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
  
  

What You Need To Apply For This Role

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience in integration testing (API, SFTP) and manual functional testing
• Background in Workforce Management, including Time & Attendance, Awards/EBAs, or Scheduling/Rostering systems (desirable)
• Proficiency in test planning, test case writing, and using test tools like ALM (or similar)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
