The Role & The Team
Reporting directly to the Compliance Lead, you will work closely with the Risk Team and other key stakeholders to deliver, improve, and future-proof our enterprise compliance and assurance programs. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of compliance data, leveraging technology and analytics, and supporting the business in managing obligations and providing assurance as well as keeping abreast of emerging regulation.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Post-admission legal experience is a bonus, ideally complemented by time spent in the private sector or in a commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge or interest in administrative law, compliance obligations, regulatory frameworks, or policy development.
- Sound understanding of controls and assurance.
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Commerce, Management, or Information Management (or a related field).
- Excellent data and analytical skills – ideally with exposure to compliance platforms such as ServiceNow or similar.
- Attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- A collaborative and inquisitive mindset, with a commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
