We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for super-efficient sales and service focused individual to support the success of our Queensland branches, based in Toowoomba.

About the opportunity:

Rural Finance Specialists form part of the Region Finance Team, who provide valuable payment solution options to clients, enabling growth of branch portfolios and ultimately helping local farmers maintain and grow their business. Rural finance specialists also provide product knowledge and relationship support to the Nutrien Ag Solutions network.

The territory you will service has an established, diverse portfolio financing most major cropping and livestock systems with ample opportunity for further growth. In this role you will be responsible for branch applications and requests for servicing and delivering our finance products to the SME farming segment of the portfolio.

You will oversee all parts of the process from liaising with clients and risk assessment to facility set up, ensuring quality data is collected and appropriate risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), Know Your Customer (KYC).

Working in a high-volume environment, other responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Branch Managers and staff to deliver on customer finance requirements
• Being a product champion to promote the benefits of the finance products to the network
• Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure enhanced customer experience with Nutrien.
