EVENT PLANNER

Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Event Services team. You will work across a variety of events, including exhibitions, large corporate conferences and live events, providing seamless planning and coordination to meet and exceed client expectations.  

• Conduct informative site inspections and pre-event meetings.
• Execute comprehensive event planning, logistical and operational arrangements.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and management of supplier services.
• Maintain accurate event related financial documentation.
• Co-ordination of public and ticketed events.
• Duty coverage during events where required.

• You are an experienced event planner, knowledgeable about food and beverage and special event operations. 
• You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to team results.

• You enjoy working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of your clients.
