At the heart of our iconic Little Creatures Brewery in Geelong, our Production team keeps the taps flowing and the good times rolling.
As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on and people-focused Team Leader to join our Packaging team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll lead a close-knit team of 7, working across our can, glass, and keg lines depending on the day. You’ll be the one setting the tone—leading from the front, supporting your crew, and driving our site performance!
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and is based on-site in Geelong. You'll work 4 x 10-hour shifts weekly for this role. Week one is Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4 PM, and week two is 4 PM to 2 AM, alternating between AM and PM shifts.

- Taking ownership of your shift and supporting your team to deliver against daily production targets.
- Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow and succeed.
- Making informed decisions to keep things moving smoothly, even when challenges pop up.
- Championing a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Being a visible leader on the floor—empathetic, approachable, and proactive.
- Proven experience in a team leadership role within a structured, fast-paced environment.
- A confident, hands-on and capable leader who communicates clearly and brings out the best in others.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and balance the needs of different stakeholders across the production floor.
- Experience in manufacturing or production is highly regarded
