About The Role
You’ll be part of a dedicated and dynamic team, ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering warm, friendly, and efficient service
- Maintaining high standards of restaurant setup and cleanliness
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of the Mejico food and drinks menu
- Anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Staying cool under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Bringing positive energy to every shift and working well as part of a team
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a busy hospitality environment (restaurant experience preferred)
- You’re a people person with strong communication skills
- You love creating great experiences for guests and know how to read the room
- You're confident, fast, and reliable under pressure
- You're proactive, team-oriented, and ready to learn
- You're well-presented, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is a must
