Join our Agile Enablement team, working closely across Kmart Australia's Technology team, as we embark on an exciting journey to enhance project delivery through agile practices and refine our commercial accuracy. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive and knowledgeable team that will provide you with training and mentorship in your new role.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Coordinator within our Technology team, you'll play a critical role in optimising our project management processes and reporting to underpin better insights and drive delivery excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collating, monitoring and checking project reporting, ensuring accuracy across multiple projects in the Technology portfolio.
  • Providing regular updates and insights on project statuses and delivery data at scale, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed, we can proactively manage delivery to great outcomes and support our teams.
  • Collaborating to improve our delivery processes and governance.
  • Solving complex problems to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness our technology projects.
  • Support user provisioning and access management across key delivery tools.


To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • A love for all things Excel! You will be an advanced user and be comfortable with pivot tables and formula creation to help the data tell a story.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and precision in your work. Attention to detail is your jam!
  • Problem solving and the ability to identify and address challenges creatively and effectively.
  • A knack for dissecting data and deriving valuable insights.
  • A curiosity and drive to dig deeper into issues and uncover solutions.
  • The capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining the integrity of data and financial records.
  • The ability to convey information clearly and concisely across both verbal and written comms.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and SharePoint is a plus, but not essential. An interest to learn is more than enough for us!
