Your Role
As an End User Support Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering remote and onsite IT services that empower our teams across Australia. You’ll manage and support a wide range of devices and platforms, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier customer satisfaction.
You will work as part of a technical team to ensure the successful delivery of End User computing and mobility services within existing service level agreements (SLA's). You will ensure incidents, service requests and projects are managed to a high standard. Your professionalism, pragmatic and strategic approach will drive and ensures excellence in IT support services, documentation, team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for end users computing, mobility, technologies, and devices services
- Ensure EUC and mobility devices meet security and compliance standards
- Actively engage in all service management processes
- Provide support and maintenance to other workplace services and printers
- Deliver software deployments, patch management, and health checks
- Manage devices including Windows, Android, iOS, Office 365, and Teams Rooms
- Ability to travel Interstate and to regional Melbourne locations, as required

- 3+ years’ experience supporting and managing End User computing devices, mobiles and printers
- Platforms administration experience (Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Intune/MEM)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, and Office 365
- Experience with SOE, imaging, application packaging, and patching
- ITIL Certification and Powershell/MSGraph Scripting is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with outstanding communication abilities
