About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Hospitality & Services Manager to join our team at Rockpool Morayfield in a permanent full-time role.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, in this leadership position you oversee hospitality services, including dining services, café operations, cleaning, and laundry services, ensuring exceptional standards of service delivery.

About you:

• Proven leadership experience within an aged care or related health industry


• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve high-performance standards


• Exceptional operational management skills, including budget management, stock control, and supplier coordination


• Strong knowledge of food safety, WHS, and infection control standards


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident experience and operational efficiency.
