About this Position As an Integrated Supply Planner / Vendor Replenishment Planner, you will report directly to the National Business Manager and support the broader account team. You will take a lead role in the creation and management of Purchase Orders for Henkel Consumer Brands, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and new product development (NPD) slotting and management. Your responsibilities will include conducting forecast analysis and optimization, as well as managing the relationship between supply and demand teams, including leading monthly collaboration meetings and more frequent demand alignment sessions. Additionally, this role will provide ad hoc support to the wider account team in various areas such as planogram design, general administrative tasks, e-commerce and shopper activations, and internal forecast reviews.

What You´ll Do

  • Manage daily Purchase Order creation for Henkel Consumer Brands, optimizing logistics efficiency.
  • Provide daily reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze and give feedback on Coles system forecasts, overlays, and necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with Coles demand and supply teams.
  • Oversee new product development (NPD) slotting, pipefill, and ongoing forecast reviews.
  • Proactively support the local sales team by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Assist the account team with planogram (POG) building and new line forms.
  • Support e-commerce/shopper activations and review sales and production forecasts.

What makes you a good fit

  • Over 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or customer-facing supply chain roles.
  • Strong customer service skills with proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information quickly and clearly.
  • Skilled in balancing and managing conflicting KPIs to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Proficient in SAP and other relevant supply chain management systems.
