As a Data Analyst at Capgemini, you will be instrumental in transforming network and operational data into actionable insights that support the planning, deployment, and optimization of Australia’s broadband infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineering, field operations, and strategy teams to ensure data is leveraged effectively to improve service delivery and network performance.

As a Data Analyst at Capgemini, you will be instrumental in transforming network and operational data into actionable insights that support the planning, deployment, and optimization of Australia’s broadband infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineering, field operations, and strategy teams to ensure data is leveraged effectively to improve service delivery and network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of telecom network data, performance, finance and customer data to identify patterns, trends, and metrics.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards for network, data and finance operations and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making in business casing, financial management, network planning, decision making, network deployment and management.
- Perform root cause analysis on service disruptions and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Support predictive modelling and forecasting for capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.Translate complex technical data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master or doctorate degree in Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with extremely complex datasets such as finance, network performance, logs, and customer metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with telecom and financial technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
