The role:
you will oversee all aspects of our aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, allied health staff, and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and care standards.
- Drive occupancy and build strong community relationships.
- Manage financial and operational targets effectively.
- Foster a culture aligned with our mission and values
You bring:
- Leadership experience in aged care, health administration, or a similar field.
- Either be a Registered Nurse or hold equivalent clinical qualification or have a Post graduate qualification in human resources, business or quality management, allied health.
- And a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Proven expertise in operational planning, resource management, and budget control.
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards and guidelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Alignment with our Christian mission and values.
