They have an exciting opportunity within their Wealth Management team for an experienced and highly capable Client Services Manager.

Role Details

As a Client Services Manager you’ll play a critical role in supporting Advisors, Paraplanners, and clients through seamless coordination, proactive service, and administrative expertise. You’ll be a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring a high-quality experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process documentation related to client investments, strategic advice, Centrelink applications, and insurance
  • Coordinate with clients, third parties, and internal divisions to ensure timely and accurate handling of client affairs
  • Support implementation of advice recommendations under the guidance of Advisors
  • Maintain data accuracy across platforms and assist with virtual meeting setups, calls, invoicing, and general admin
  • Collaborate on firm-wide initiatives, client communications, events, and seminars
  • Support and train junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within Financial Planning would be preferred, however those with a strong background in professional services and administration will also be considered
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and the ability to anticipate team and client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy building trusted relationships.
  • Experience managing workflows, multitasking, and working within a professional services environment
  • Familiarity with Xplan is desirable
