Your New Role

As a Senior Analyst within the Real Assets team, you will assist with a range of investment related activities, including asset acquisitions and asset management activities, for direct infrastructure and property assets as well as managed funds. This will involve financial modelling, analytical work, drafting papers and presentations, and working collaboratively with peers and senior colleagues within the Mid Risk Group to share investment insights, technical skills, and support priority activities.

Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Lead analytical support for select transactions and asset management activities within the Real Assets Portfolio predominantly focused in the Asia Pacific region;

  • Lead investment analysis and reporting for select Real Assets investments and support asset management activities;

  • Assist in research and strategy initiatives across the Real Assets Portfolio;

  • Be the primary point of contact for financial modelling workstreams, ensuring robust analysis to support investment decisions.


What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in investment banking, consulting, real estate or infrastructure funds management or similar

  • Familiarity with the infrastructure and/or real estate sectors and adjacent sectors

  • Strong experience in financial modelling and excel skills

  • Strong presentation skills and capability in using PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
